Spray crock pot with non stick cooking spray

Place vegetables ion crock pot

Cut pork roast in half

Place meat, fat side up, on top of vegetables

Combine onion soup mis and water

Pour over roast

Cover and cook on high 5-6 hours, or low for 10-12 hours
